NDOT Contract Compliance
I was given this project and was told to "Make it work without a hitch.” I have to admit that I thought implementing this on a $400,000,000 job would be impossible. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I found that LCPtracker was, and is, extremely easy to work with. After a few on-site visits with contractors, and some phone calls to provide assistance to them, we are up and running very smoothly. The system is awesome for catching errors that could have been overlooked. Even those contractors that were initially very resistant, are now using the system, and find it really easy. To date, the feedback has been extremely positive. I would personally like to send a "Thank You" to all the contractors out there that are using this system on NDOT Contract #3292, and appreciation for hanging with me during the transition. Lastly, a special thanks to Mark Douglas from LCPtracker for your invaluable assistance.

Mark, I appreciate this info. We are so pleased with the LCPtracker program for this project. It is a snap to learn, and is already saving us countless staff hours, at least half a forest of trees, and a file drawer of storage for the hard copies in our office so far. I cannot even imagine the savings in time, cost & storage for a government agency/district. Two of our subs had already used it on other SFUSD projects, and were as enthusiastic as I am. Is Placer County Water Agency one of your clients already? How about Psomas Construction Managers? I cannot imagine anyone having any hesitancy about using this system. Sincerely, Bonnie J. As you know, Standard Drywall, Inc. employs over 1,500 field workers and the Certified Payrolls can be quite a job. So, when we had the option of trying your Data Upload Program, I was all for it. It took only one week to get it up and running and "Damn, I like that Upload Option". It saved me over 3 hours of work in just 1 week. That is a time and cost efficient savings that you can't get anywhere. It is absolutely wonderful and I wish other software programs that require certified payrolls online were so easy to use. I will be letting the other programmers know exactly how LCP Tracker did it and tell them all to take a look and see if they can implement a system like yours because it is just great. Mark, Just a quick note of appreciation to let you know how well your labor compliance software is working. The Labor Compliance Software is fabulous to use. Western Construction Services of California has been using it since its inception and I have always been impressed at how easy it is to use. The support and service you have provided is top notch. Mark, As a Prime Contractor for a large Fullerton School District project, we are impressed with how user friendly the FM International Labor Compliance Program (LCP) is. The subcontractors can submit their certified payroll directly to the School District directly over the Web. This has simplified the certified payroll submittal and validation process significantly, as well as cut down the amount of paperwork. Micah Moore,
